RCBC Savings Bank shall be having its latest Dream Buys Auction of foreclosed properties on May 23, 2009 at the Development Academy of the Philippines Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City. Registration promptly starts at 9:00am.
This is the third Dream Buys Auction of RCBC Savings Bank to be held this year and I noticed that they have been consistently having public auctions on a monthly basis. Furthermore, I also observed that they have been reducing the minimum bid price of unsold properties from previous auctions by 5%.
Because of this, I am quite certain that previously unsold properties will get sold eventually as the prices become lower and more attractive not just to home buyers looking for cheap properties, but also for investors looking for the “deal of the year”, which comes by every month or so. Hard to believe? Just keep on analyzing the numbers and you will eventually begin to recognize a good deal when you see one, and that just might be the deal you are looking for.
Foreclosed properties included in this public auction are from Makati, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Quezon City, Marikina, Antipolo, Caloocan, Cainta, Rizal, Valenzuela, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan, Bataan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Pangasinan, Batangas, and Quezon Province.

Just like in April where we saw three auctions from RCBC Savings Bank, Unionbank, and Property Forum Phils., May is also turning out to be a very busy month as we shall be seeing at least one public auction per week starting next week with the 137th public auction of Unionbank on the 16th, followed by this auction from RCBC Savings bank, which is then followed by CBRE’s public auction on the 28th.
It’s good that there are no conflict of schedules in any of these public auctions, giving new real estate investors more choices and more chances to acquire their first deal.
I better get going and start analyzing the numbers of these foreclosed properties if I am to meet my goal of finding another deal this second quarter of 2009. Wish me luck!
To our financial freedom!
