I recently got a copy of the Buena Mano Greater Metro Manila Area (GMMA) catalogue of properties for sale. Due to the very large number of properties in the catalogue, I decided to post them here according to area and classification. Let me start with the Green Tag Properties in the Makati Area.
What are Green Tag Properties?
Green Tag properties are real estate properties with Titles and Tax declarations duly consolidated / transferred under the name of the bank which foreclosed the property/ies.
The bank holds possession of the foreclosed properties with its authorized caretakers, particularly those with improvements and can be visited / inspected anytime.

Sir, thanks for the post. Wala pa po yung karugtong? Hehe. May nakita kasi ako listing before na buena mano sa fairview area. Wanted to check kung listed pa. Last time I visited the property sabi it was in the process of being acquired na daw. I was wondering if you could help me and guide me how to acquire it.
As per Pag-Ibig, parang last option na natin yan. Although, as per them, basta property is under CTS or Contract to Sell, they can finance it. They just want to have a clean title.

Hi Em, as far as I know, Pag-Ibig is not an option the bank normally considers but I suppose the only way to find out is by submitting an offer. Once an offer is accepted, they usually require at least 10% downpayment.
Presences of lots ranging from 5 to 100 and will usually draw public between 200 to 500 people; most likely it can be hold in a hotel or conference centre. Itโs comparable to a large composite, only on a smaller scale basis.
I think,to make the buyers get interested in a listing, images are great help for them to see the status of the property. Better to replace the picture with a lively one, make it digital and colored so it doesn’t look like a hundred years old building.

Foreclosures are good investments but it depends on the negotiation. Hope the images are the current looks of the properties, one is not ideal to post for it is not good in the eye of a buyer. Good thing you have shared maps for the locations.
