As usual with UnionBank auctions, only 10% downpayment is required and buyers can avail of payment terms of up to 15 years to pay. The ad also says “NO CREDIT CHECKING”!

Hi Rose, I highly suggest that you and your friends call up Mr. Lance Yadao of Unionbank to get more details about the properties you are interested in. Lance will then give you an overview of their auction guidelines. Don’t forget to do your due diligence(check the TCT at the Registry of Deeds and see if there are any problems on it, get a copy of the tax declaration, check for any arrears, get a computation for taxes from Unionbank, check if the property is occupied, etc).
