Prime PNB foreclosed properties public sealed bidding slated on January 25, 2013

The first public sealed bidding for 2013 of Prime PNB foreclosed properties kicks-off on January 25, 2013, Friday, 10:00am, at the 9th Floor, Financial Center, President Diosdado Macapagal Boulevard, Pasay City, Philippines.

Properties from Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao are included in this public sealed bidding.

While the auction announcement says Prime properties are for public sealed bidding, cheap foreclosed properties are also included and the cheapest on the list is a 200 sqm residential vacant lot located at Calumpit, Bulacan priced at just Php550,000.

Prime properties are normally priced above Php 10-Million and the most expensive on this list is a commercial property in Meycauayan, Bulacan that has a lot area of 6,041 sqm and floor area of 1,970 sqm, and is priced at Php 80-Million.

  2. I read somewhere in one of these comments, you gave out your email to one commentor. I can not find that somewhere. My lolo and lola have lots (raw land, palayan, manggahan, etc) and i never understood the value of it all except for lots of rice and produce, till they pass away. I bought my first res land where i grew up (Pangasinan) but it was for a premium. I want to start investing in foreclosures. I need to learn…a lot! Please help! Thanks.
