458 Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties slated for public auction on January 11, 2017 (Updated with erratum)

We kick-off 2017 by sharing the very first public auction from Pag-IBIG’s NCR branch, with a total of four hundred fifty eight (458) Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties, scheduled on January 11, 2017. Details below.

This auction includes foreclosed properties in Cavite, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Metro Manila, and Rizal.

According to the invitation to bid, discounts are available for this batch of properties.

Submission of bids shall be from 9:00AM to 12:00NN, at the 7th Flr. JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Please refer to the guidelines and complete list of properties below.

  4. hi sir jay, tanong ko lang po, may gusto po ako na house & lot..kaya lang po yung title nakapangalan pa sa bank, pero sabi ng may ari lahat daw ng docs meron sya katunayan na bayad na sya at ready for transfer na daw..
    gusto ko kc kunin yung house & lot tru pag ibig housing loan..ok lang po ba yun? d po ba ako magkakaron ng problem?

SIr Jay tanung ko lng po may nagustohan po akong unit kaso ang sabi occupied undisclosed. anu po ba ang ibig sabihin nun? at kung makukuha naman po namin yung unit anu pong paraan para mapaalis po ang kasalukuyang nakatira duon. pag ibig po ba ang mag papaalis or kami. pakibigyan nadin po ninyo ako ng advice kung papaano po sila mapapaalis. salamat poh.

    1. Hi Ryan, ibig sabihin po ng “Occupied undisclosed” ay may illegal na nakatira dun sa property, at hindi alam ng Pag-IBIG kung sino yon.

      Dahil “as-is, where-is” ang properties na ganito, ang nakabili na ang magpapa-alis ng illegal occupant.

      Ang maipapayo ko ay iwas na lang pag ganyang occupied ang property. Bukod sa magastos (mahal po ang bayad sa sheriff) ang magpa-alis or mag eject, hindi po madali gawin yon, at pwede tumagal ng taon kung magmatigas yung illegal occupant, or kung wala pang order mula sa korte na pwede na i-eject.

      Binebenta pa rin ng Pag-IBIG yung foreclosed properties nila na occupied dahil willing sila na ibenta sa mismong occupant.
