I just want to share this real estate foreclosure listing classified ad of BPI Buenamano foreclosed properties for sale which was posted in the January 4, 2009 issue of Manila Bulletin. I already checked their online e-Buena Mano database at http://www.e-buenamano.com to compare but I could not find any of the properties which I randomly picked from the ad. I can only assume that these properties have not yet been added in their online database.
This foreclosed property listing includes properties from Metro Manila and covers Antipolo, Paranaque, Valenzuela, Quezon City, Pasig, Bulacan, and Muntinlupa. Also included are selected properties from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Take note that the list also includes properties with special concerns. Foreclosed properties with special concerns are properties whose property titles are still in the process of consolidation in favor of the bank, or whose tax payments / association dues are still being settled, etc. Prices are negotiable and discounts are available, and this could mean finding great real estate investments.
As usual, the sale of these properties are on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis. Please refer to the ad for more information.

Hi Bing, if a-attend po kayo to bid, kailangan niyo lang po magdala ng show money. Pag nanalo po kayo sa bid, part na po yun ng downpayment. If hindi kayo manalo sa bidding, isosoli po yung show money sa inyo.
Hi, a friend gave me a copy of buena mano (magazine), i check those properties i have interest but everytime i inquire (thru phone) its already been awarded though me kaso pa dw (at least 7 bid for the property) yun iba me kaso pa dw pero pg naayos it will be awarded sa nanalo sa bid. i felt sad, i really like the location yun malapit sa SM North. Pag yellow tag/red tag, pwedeng hintayin na lang na maayos ng bank ang issues at maging green tag ang properties. I suggest you check the Q2-2012 Metro Manila catalog or visit Buena mano’s website.

The ones I know are already sold. I wasn’t aware that there was one from Buena Mano, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Red Tag properties have pending court cases, its title may have annotations, adverse claims, or lis pendens. Checkout http://youtu.be/QItNSoXPh4M to know what all property classifications mean.
