Red Tag properties are foreclosed properties that still have pending court cases. There are also instances when some of these properties are still occupied by the former owner, tenants, or illegal occupants. Hi Anonymous, my opinion is they may have chosen not to indicate any price so that interested parties are forced to get more details about the properties they might be interested in. This gives the people from Buena Mano to clearly explain the circumstances of a particular party.
