  1. If you have questions with regard to a foreclosed property in our database, please go back to the page where you saw itand then contact the bank/institution DIRECTLY (Contact info is ALWAYS included in the listings inside our database).
  2. For announcements/schedules/listings we post on the blog, please follow the instructions on who to contact as indicated on the blogpost. We always indicate who to call, or who to contact.

Looking for training/seminars about foreclosed properties?

For those who are looking for mentorship when it comes to investing in foreclosed properties, we do not offer any one-on-one mentoring as of now.

Hi Sir Jay, Free patent po kasi un property naman at gusto po namin ilipat sa color blue na titles, meron po kasing kinausap ang nanay at kinuha po sa aming ung original land title at maghintay po daw kami ng one year kasi, may kahabaan po daw ang proseso nito bago maging blue ito, Totoo po ba ito? anu ano po ba ang proseso para mailipat ito sa color blue na title. Marami pong salamat Sir Jay.

  6. Hi, I want to ask about a legal problem concerning real estate.

    A couple bought a lot from a company on installment basis. The company got a loan from a bank. The couple completed payment but no transfer of title was done yet. The company defaulted in their loan and now the bank wants to foreclose even the property of the spouses. Who has the right over the property?
