Here’s an updated listing of BFS foreclosed properties as of June 26, 2014, and almost all properties now have pictures! I apologize for posting this here late, we’ve been very busy with the Money Summit and Wealth Expo 2014 last weekend. However, we did let everyone know of this update through our Facebook Page early last week. Anyway, please check out the details for this update below.
The updated list, which comes directly from Bahay Financial Services (BFS), has a total of 2,135 foreclosed properties, with a total selling price of Php810,120,000.00, and is a nationwide listing.
Note: Selling prices may still have discounts specific to each property, just ask about this when you inquire.
Here’s a summary for this update:
- 89 sold properties were removed from our foreclosed real estate database.
- Pictures for almost all properties have been added. More than 2,100 properties in the database or 98% now have pictures.
- This update supersedes all previous listings from BFS.
- A PDF version of this update is now available.

For those who prefer to download a PDF file containing all properties, you will also find a copy through the link above. It’s a huge PDF file that has 50 pages, but it has no pictures. The pictures can only be seen through the database.
