Cavite United Rural Bank or CURB is a subsidiary of Asia United Bank (AUB). This list includes more than 100 foreclosed properties from all over Cavite. Details can be found below.

Listing details

Just like the properties from AUB, these properties from CURB are NOT for public auction, as they are for negotiated sale.

In other words, you only need to submit an offer if you want to buy a property.

As always, offers are subject to the evaluation/approval of the bank management.

Payment terms for CURB foreclosed properties

    Cash – one time payment upon approval of offer;

  • In-house financing
    • Minimum of 20% down payment upon approval of offer;
    • 80% balance payable in 5 years at 12% interest per annum
