I believe Calabarzon stands for Calamba, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon province. Anyway, I asked Edge if he wanted me to repost the list, and he said yes. Thanks a lot Edge! Thanks for the repost! We’re uploading more & more listings in the coming weeks. The time we’ve spent on automating this bulk loading process seems to be paying off. But of course we’re still doing some tweaks in the process.

saw the link to haybol dot.com are here are some observations:
1. the website is not user friendly. imagine if you want to look at the entire 700 listing, then you would have taken whole day. by the way, when you click at the property marks, they do not necessarily respond with the list of the property. you will have to refresh the page in the hopes of getting the property details to show. i like the idea, it’s novel; a map and the list, but it just is so inconvenient. i like your website better. much more user friendly.
2. saw some of the properties like the one that is also listed in another foreclosure website, and i will tell you now that they are waaaaay to padded. one property for instance goes for 500k at another website and in that website its at 950k. i know they are only quoting from the bank, but i think they better choose a bank that’s not that greedy. the problem with philippine real estate is that people tend to take advantage of other people’s ignorance by buying something for a song and selling it at an exorbitant rate. that to me is greed.
