Purchase terms can either be in cash or installment basis. If installment, the required downpayment is at least 20% with the balance payable inย 5 years @ 12 % interest per annum. ย The price & longer term is still negotiable but subject to management’s approval.ย ย Reservation fee of at least Php10,000ย is required upon submission of offer. It shall form part of the DP in case approved. It will be refunded if the offer is disapproved and forfeited ifย approved but the buyer backs out.
