  4. Hi Jay,

I recently rebooted our company’s website and made it into a blog. Please add our blog, http://www.ilovemetromanilaproperties.blogspot.com

The aim of our blog is to showcase the beautiful architectural properties of small and medium scale developers as well as to educate readers on the value of real estate investments by strategic buying based on the development of particular Metro Manila Properties.

As we are an all women team, we are also targeting 28 to 50 women demographics as well as younger to middle age men demographics on the value of real estate investment through a lifestyle based writing on the properties simplifying it to lay man understanding.

We have more articles coming up this third week of June. Please help us promote our project. Thank you.
    Maxine

  7. hi jay,

im one of the student of Jomar hilario and a member of buy first deal of trace trejano. im new to the internet business but im working in a bank and we have a lot of foreclosed properties. you are also one I idolize. Can you give me some tips in my new blog spot also about foreclosed properties in our bank. hope you can help me thanks. and god bless.

p.s. im also a member of loj of bro. bo.

    1. Hi Ruel,

Nice to meet a fellow student of Jomar here. One tip would be to consistently post any new listings you may have, and make sure you post using keywords that people are actually looking for. By the way, are you the one in charge of selling those properties at the bank where you work? Maybe I can help you sell them by featuring your list here, and I can act as the broker or referrer. Let me know what you think. Thanks!

      1. Hi Jay,

thanks for your reply Jay. No i am not the one in charge in selling the properties. But I coordinate to the person who is in charge in selling the properties. I am planning to increase my cash flow so i decided to make my own blog about our foreclosed properties.

        thank you very much.

          1. Hi Ruel, sorry I may have overlooked this comment of yours. I noticed you last updated your blog last September 2010. Do you still plan to continue with your blog and need a link exchange?

  8. WAG KAYONG MAG APPLY NG HOME LOAN SA PS BANK.. 3500 LANG ANG HABOL NILA AS INCOME NG COMPANY.. DAHIL IDEDECLINE LANG NILA KAU KAHIT NA APPROVE KAU SA IBANG BANK

  9. nag apply ako sa psbank home loan. nagbayad kmi ng 3500 pununtahan nman nila yung property para ma appraise yung value ng property. the problem is decline daw ako because of poor credit score to capacity to pay, how come i have an approval in 3 different bank. sabi nila ipa deviate nila sa VP nila and yet stil decline.. i think ps bank ay kumukulekta lang ng appraisal fee na 3500 para magkaron lang sila ng income..

WAG KAYONG MAG APPLY NG HOME LOAN SA PS BANK, 3500 LANG HABOL NILA SA MGA MAGAAPLY…

  10. Hi,

    Two things:
    1. My mom’s property is going to be foreclosed by PDIC – unless she pays an amount that is now 4x than the loaned amount, and 3x the market price in the area. I am willing to help. But would it be cheaper if I wait for PDIC to foreclose, auction the property, then I buy it?

    2. I am interested in investing in a foreclosed property located in The Fort. I would appreciate if you could help.

    Thanks and regards.
