Attend the Buena Mano Brokers’ Night!

All licensed real estate brokers are invited to attend this year’s Buena Mano Broker’s Night, which will be on February 22, 2011, 4:00pm, at the Hall 2 of the SMX at the Mall of Asia. This year’s brokers’ night promises to be another fun and memorable event, just like those held in 2009 and 2010, both of which I was also able to attend. These events inspired me to be an active accredited broker. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hurry up and RSVP now before seats run out! Refer to the invitation below for more details.

  2. I’ve been following your blog since late last year and I’ve been inspired by it to start a real estate ventures of my own. I would like to request if you can post some techniques or method you used on persuading people to invest their money in this kind of business. Also if possible, can you please post techniques in marketing rent-to-own properties so I can sell them fast.

I just found 17-unit foreclosed townhouses in Cavite and I want to move fast before other people find it. This is the resaon why I’m requesting for some tips on getting investors and fast marketing techniques because i need partners for this project.

Also, if you are interested to be one of my partners I will gladly welcome you. Your expertise will be very valuable to this endeavor. But if you’re not interested, at least you can point me to someone who you think might be interested.

    More power to your success…

    Thanks and best regards,
    Joel

  3. Dear Jay,

    Hi good morning!

I just want to know if formal review is required before taking the Brokers Board Exam?

    Thank you. God bless

    Menel

    1. Dear Menel, yes, you need to attend a duly accredited CRESR as one of the requirements in taking the Real Estate Brokers Board Exam.

    1. Hi Vilma, I’ve been receiving feedback form some readers that they prefer to have a separate area for repossessed cars and I am planning on creating one, which is why I stopped posting them last October. Anyway, while the separate area for repossessed cars is not yet online, I’ll continue posting them here. I have a lot of them and I’ll post them this week. Thanks for letting me know that you are looking for them. ๐Ÿ™‚
