Foreclosure auction of tax delinquent real property in Quezon City slated on April 6, 2010

There will be another foreclosure auction sale of tax delinquent real properties in Quezon City on April 6, 2010, at 10:00am, at the main entrance of the Tax Payer’s Lounge, Quezon City Hall, Diliman, Quezon City. The sale through public auction is to be done by virtue of the provisions of Section 260 and 263 of RA 7160 otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.

The real property included in the auction have been certified to be delinquent in the payment of real property taxes, penalties, and cost due thereon as of the date of the publication. The notice was published last March 15, 2010 in the Philippine Star.

Due to the large number of real property for public auction, I have split the listing into four parts, where each part consists of one full page. You may download each page below.

Quezon City Notice of Sale of Delinquent Real Property

Expect the actual list of properties for sale on the day of the auction to includeย  fewer properties as owners settle their tax delinquencies as the day of the auction nears.

Prospective bidders are required to post a cash bond of Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) to participate.

Don’t forget to do your due diligence!

Happy hunting!

To our financial freedom!

  1. Hi Jay,

I’m interested in buying foreclosed properties in Sangandaan, Caloocan. What will be the procedure? When will be the next auction on this?

  2. hi jay,

can u pls email me if you have upcoming budding just here in qc…im interested but im still gathering funds for now so i can be ready, and i also need some details on how these works. thanks, jeane.

      1. Thanks Jay, you help a lot of people like me on your site…I would like to ask a favor i am very much interested to buy a property in Quezon city, pwede mo ba akong tulungan makabile kahit sa tax delinquent…budget ko ay 500k.Thanks jay..God bless.

        1. Hi Jacky, sorry i just read this comment of yours, are you attending the QC auction tomorrow(July 8, 2010)? I will be attending with a friend pero just to observe, we were not able to do any due diligence. Would you like to join us?

  3. Hi Jay,

I’m very much interested in joining the auction, but see, I have a very limited budget for that. Would it really be possible to own a property for as low as 50k? had it happened in the past already? Or people like me won’t stand a chance to brokers and land grabbers.. Are auctions already infested with them and people like me won’t stand a chance?

    1. Hi Glai, yes it really is possible. You just have to attend the auctions and see for yourself. Do take note that majority of properties eventually get redeemed, but the winning bidder still gets an interest of 2% per month on top of the winning bid, which is not bad.

  4. Thanks for sharing. Most of properties are selling for nearly 30-50 cents on the dollar which leaves plenty of equity and security in the property regardless of your plans.

  5. Thank you very much Jay for the reply! You know, I became interested on foreclosure the day I discovered your site.

    God bless!

  6. Hi Jay!

My friend and I are interested to attend and place our bid on one of the property listed on this tax delinquent property in QC. But our money is only 50k. We spotted some properties lower than 50k on this list. Do you think our money on hand would be sufficient and would give us a strength to participate on this auction? Or you think we should first save more money before we try such thing as this?

Thank you and more power to your site! God bless.

    1. Hi Melanie, do take note that you will have to add 10K to the minimum bid price, this is their practice in QC. This means your budget would be enough for the properties with a minimum bid price of 40K. This assumes there are no other bidders as the price will definitely go up as bidders would try to outbid each another. The QC tax delinquent auction is often jampacked. Goodluck and don’t forget to do your due diligence!

  7. Hi Jay,

I might join the auction on that day. I will inform you and Bryan after the Holy Week dre. I have not yet check it yet but i will try my luck.
