Last minute tips
If you have not read my wife’s tips on making it to the top 10 of the real estate brokers exam (based on her experience when she made it to the top ten in 2011), check this out:
20 Tips โ How To Top The Real Estate Brokersโ Licensure Exam
One last thing…
Not only do I pray that you’ll pass, I also pray that you’ll make it to the top, and I look forward to seeing your name on the list of passers and topnotchers when the 2015 real estate brokers exam results are released.
I also pray that passing the real estate brokers exam will help you achieve success and happiness.
However, remember this, whether you pass or not, you can always invest in real estate, you don’t need a brokers license to become a real estate investor.
If you pass and dive in to the world of real estate brokerage, as rewarding as it is, please remember that being a broker is not the be-all and end-all of your real estate career.
Being a licensed real estate brokerย provides a huge advantage for real estate investors, but don’t let it consume all your time, and you are left with no time to invest in real estate.
It is a good stepping stone, so don’t forget to take that leap of faith of buying properties for yourself later on (If you haven’t done so yet).ย Don’t ever be content with brokering properties.
I guess that’s all I want to say for now…
Good luck to all aspiring real estate brokers for 2015!
Update: The May 2015 Real Estate Brokers Exam Results have been released by the PRC!
Thanks. In the main PRC webpage however, they just said T-shirt. No mention of collar…
You might be referring to the examination day preparations on http://www.prc.gov.ph/page.aspx?id=5. This might be the standard guide on the PRC website.
What I quoted above is the guidelines signed by Mr. E.G. Ong himself. You may download it directly to see for yourself from PRC’s website: http://www.prc.gov.ph/uploaded/documents/REB0515bp_030515.pdf
Hahaha, thanks sir. I ended up buying a white polo shirt. Hirap nung exam. I’m not sure if I’m gonna make it. But I’m praying that God grant me favor. Ganun po ba talaga yung exam? There are many instances of bad grammar in the questions. Triple negatives and all around confusing questions. Sabi ko nga, bahala na si Batman… ๐
Congrats Daniel, you made it! The results are here:

Thank you sir. By the grace of God. All honor and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ. Now, if only this would help me sell 2,750 sqm of our land para mabayaran ko yung surety bond. Hahaha.
*Edit: I saw your post about the post exam requirements (so hindi pala 20000 talaga – premium is 1500 to 2000) and shared it with my REBAP friends. Pero, still, I need to sell that land as I promised to do something after this.
***Edit 2: Gave you a special mention on my personal blog. Thank you, without your efforts I may not have discovered the REBAP seminar. God bless you sir and all your activities.
