Mandaluyong City last October 29-31 2008, I have here information where you can download the respective foreclosed property listings of each of the participating government financing institutions and shelter agencies. Please see list below along with links to the listings.

Home Guaranty Corp. (HGC) Foreclosed Properties For Sale

Pag-IBIG Fund Foreclosed Properties For Sale

National Home Mortgage Finance Corp. (NHMFC) Foreclosed Properties For Sale

Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Foreclosed Properties For Sale

I couldn’t find any direct link to property listings on the SSS website but you can find them by clicking here and then do a search for “acquired assets” on the upper right corner of the SSS website. You should then see their assets for sale at the bottom of the center row.

Happy searching!

  4. One comment for last year’s fair. When we asked for the complete listing of properties, staff said print out for properties located in the province were available and we were just given a website where we could search for available properties. They should have mentioned it in their newspaper ads that way we could have save time and our resources.

    1. Hi Lyn, I have just checked and the tentative date of the Housing Fair for 2009 is last week of October and it will be held also at SM Megamall. I’ll be posting more details as soon as I get them. Thanks!

  7. If from the same bank, I don’t think they would allow it, just like Pag-IBIG. However, if you applied for a loan with another bank, I believe they would allow it, provided your monthly amortization is below 40% your net disposable income. Last year I was able to get my loan application approved with GE Money bank even if I had an outstanding loan with pag-ibig. Unfortunately, that deal did not push through.

  8. Hi Betty, normally the seller is the one who shoulders CGT and DST, but they can actually pass the cost to the buyer if they agree on such terms as part of the purchase. Nevertheless, the seller is the one who files the tax return. My wife actually made an article about this but I have not posted it yet as I want to edit it a little. When I read it, I almost had a nosebleed. =)

I’ll post that article most probably over the weekend. Thanks for visiting!
