Acquired assets for 1st bidding are newly listed which means this is the first time they will be offered for sale to the public. However, there are no discounts available for these properties. If they remain unsold, they will be included in a 2nd bidding. If they still remain unsold after the 2nd bidding, they will be included in the list of properties under negotiated sale.
Note: These DO NOT contain the list of properties because Pag-IBIG has stopped including them. Which is why I added a link to the list inside my foreclosed real estate database.

How to participate in a Pag-IBIG Online Public Auction for acquired assets
1. View the list of Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties for sale included in the auction and identify the property or properties you are interested in. Take note of the PROPERTY NUMBER.
2. Do your due diligence. When you find a property that you are interested in, you need to do a reasonable amount of due diligence (property inspection to see extent of repairs needed, check if there are any illegal occupants, checking the titles/tax declarations for any problems, etc.). Always keep in mind that foreclosed properties are for sale on an โAs-is, where-isโ basis.
4. Register for the Online Public Auction โ Bidders are required to register online on this page (also includes requirements):

5. Submit sealed bid/proposal โ Bidders can submit their bids online by viewing the tranche with the target property at Pag-IBIGโs official website: https://www.pagibigfundservices.com/OnlinePublicAuction/. Search for your target property using the PROPERTY NUMBER and click the โSubmit Offerโ button and follow instructions. Bidders can only submit bids during the duration of acceptance of bids.
6. Opening of sealed bids shall be done as per schedule. The results of the sealed public auction shall be released and posted at Pag-IBIGโs official website. Winning bidders shall also be notified via email and SMS.
7. Winning Bidders Payment of Bid Bond โ As per guidelines: โThe winning bidder shall be required to pay a DOWNPAYMENT equivalent to five percent (5%) of the BID OFFER, which shall be paid within five (5) working days from the receipt of notification. It shall be in Philippine Currency and may be in the form of cash or managerโs check payable to Pag-lBIG Fund.โ
