Submission of bids for both dates shall beย from 9:00am to 12:00nnย at the 7th Flr., Conference Room, JELP Business Solutions Center, 409 Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.

*I noticed Metro Manila meant Caloocan and Valenzuela, and included very few properties.
Property types
Various kinds of property types are included, and they are single attached/detached house and lots, vacant lots, condos, townhouses, duplexes, quadroplexes (that’s what it saysย on the list!), and row houses.
Please bear in mind that there are occupied properties on the list, and as usual, these are all for sale on an “as is, where is” basis.
Discounts
I just want to highlight that discounts are available for the second batch based on the guidelines as follows (Note: I could not find this in the guidelines of the first batch):

Obviously, a 10% or 20% discount is huge, so my suggestion to interested bidders is to check with Pag-IBIG if the discounts for the second batch can also apply to the first batch. Who knows, they might have just forgotten to include this in the batch 1 guidelines.

hi sir.. we assumed a house & lot.. pero ung name ng binabayaran namin is still under the 1st buyer through pag-ibig.. since nag-submit na kami ng mga documents para ilipat sa account namin sa pag-ibig, upon checking wala pa rin pla sa system.. and then upon checking din sa system, may unpaid kami from Feb. 2014 upto now and we need to settle daw un kahit na NOT under our name.. ang question ko is possible ba na nde na namin bayaran since ma-foforclosed naman na sya tapos bibilhin na lang namin sya para under account na namin? or mas malaki ung magagastos namin kapag hinayaan namin ma-foreclosed sya? please advice po.. thanks.

Hello Sir Jay, benenta ko yon bahay ko pro na cancel na po Pag Ibig kasi yung bumili ay hindi nag bayad mula nung lumipat sila sa bahay. Nag offer po ang Pag Ibig sa akin ng option na makuha ulet yong bahay through NPARP at so far na appraise na ulet ang bahay kaso worried lang ako na guluhin ako nung bumili.. gusto ko sana kung pwede ba na ibang foreclosed na bahay ang kunin ko o yong NPARP ay limited lang para marecover ang bahay na naforeclosed. Salamat po.
