I would like to share with everyone Philippine National Bank’s Asset Gazette For July 2009 which features properties that are for public auction on August 20, 2009. This public auction of acquired assets shall be held at the La Parilla Hotel in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, Philippines. The Asset Gazette is a monthly publication of the Special Assets Management Sector (SAMS) of the Philippine National Bank (PNB).
The acquired assets featured in the July 2009 edition of PNB’s Asset Gazette are from Bulacan, Nueva Ecija And Tarlac.
The publication also provides a comprehensive list of property details which includes the Title ID, Lot Area, Floor Area, Property Type, Location,ย and the Market Value along with the Minimum Bid Price (MBP). Most properties even include pictures. From my point of view, I especially like the inclusion of the Market Value as this is one of the essential information that I look for when evaluating a property and I would have a ready point of comparison when I do my own property valuation as described in my post on how I estimate the market values of foreclosed properties.

Sir,
I never been to a bidding kaya wala po ako ideya kung paano ako maka avail ng mura.Maraming salamat po.
Hello Mr. Blue, you’re welcome pero no need to call me “sir”. hehe.
Saang location niyo ba balak mag invest? DOn’t worry, nakasked na akong gumawa ng complete guide on the basics pero habang wala pa, feel free to ask any questions, siyempre pipilitin kong sagutin. Thanks!
called up your bacolod branch regarding 2 lots located in Binalbagan, Negros occidental and was told that these were no longer in the market. How come you are still advertising it in the Visayan Daily Star? Also, I would like to know if the Barangay 10, San Juan st. Title ID no. 665, TCT T-65941 with a market price of P 231,000.00 still exists and is in the market? Thank you.
Hi sir!
Found your website very interesting! a new client of mine is interested in foreclosed farmland property in Cebu or Leyte at less than 1M and I was lucky I came across your site. Though I haven’t found so many property in the lists yet that matches his requirements I still am happy to learn so many things about real estate.
I am a new breed of real estate agent here in Cebu and realized I still have so many things to learn though I’ve had a taste of this world when I worked in one of the Developers here in Cebu.

Hi FeBaruel, nice of you to drop by and thank you for the comment. I remember when I attended a seminar on how to avoid foreclosures, I had a classmate from cebu who is also into foreclosure investing and his name is Samuel Lao. Would you happen to know him?
Thank you also for subscribing!
