While the list of those who garnered the top 10 highest places includes a column for the school, I am more interested in where those who made it into the top 10 actually reviewed for the real estate brokers exam.
If you are in the top 10, or your know someone in it, and you want to let us know where you/the person you know reviewed, please do so by leaving a comment below.
As I write this, I heard that those who reviewed with Urban Institute of Real Estate, which is under our mentor Engineer Enrico Cruz, landed in all positions in the top 10, except 5th place (we’ll update this when we get more info). I would like to congratulate Engineer Cruz and all our fellow “Urbanites” who passed and also made it to the top 10!

Hello. I’m planning to take the exam next year. Based on the RESA Law, taking the exam would require you to be a graduate of the required course if there is already one, right? Does this mean that by 2016 (if the first batch started on 2012, if I didn’t get it wrong) I could not already take the test without having to take the course? And also, I’m a graduate of a medical related field. Am I eligible to take the exam?
P.S. Your site is great! I learned so much despite that I don’t have a background in the business field.
Hi! Thank you for mentioning us! I hope you can also include the following in this list.
Thanks again and more power to Foreclosure Philippines!
You’re welcome Ms. Kriska!
Wow! Congratulations to the new batch of Real estate brokers, I’m planning to take this next school year 🙂
8 PADA, MICHELLE NICOLE FATIMA SARINO from CES Academy 🙂
Thanks Nikki, congrats! I already added CES Academy above. 🙂
Is there still an exam next year? I heard the real estate broker will become a 4-year course.
Hi Andy, unless there are already graduates of a 4-year real estate course, we can expect that the March 2015 Real Estate Brokers Exam will include those college graduates of other courses who will attend a CRESR from PRC accredited service providers.
10 AREVALO, MARK ANTHONY JAVIER
10 OGATIS, MICHELLE ALONSABE
Both from GCR Realty and Education Center Inc. Cagayan de Oro City
Thank’s Kat, I already added this in the table of the top ten highest above, in the right-most column.
