Alleged real estate agent uses SSS foreclosed House and Lot to entice would-be scam victims
In this video, Emil shares details of this modus while VP Fernando Nicolas of the SSS expressed concern over the fraudulent online offering of a house and lot in San Mateo, Rizal, which turned out to be an SSS foreclosed property.
This was posted by someone who claims to be a real estate agent, even if the SSS does not accredit brokers/agents to sell their foreclosed properties.

“Ikinabahala ng sss ang nabistong mapanlinlang umanong pag-aalok online ng house and lot sa San Mateo Rizal na forclosed property pala ng ahensya idinulog yan sa inyong kapuso action man.
Legit at di na umano kailangan dumaan sa biding, mabilis ang move-in, at kahit hindi raw miyembro ng sss pwedeng bumili ng house and lot na ito sa isang Subdivision sa San Mateo Rizal.
Yan ang alok sa screenshot na pinost sa ilang social media page online pero sa pagsasaliksik ng inyong kapuso action man.
Aming napag-alaman na ang naturang property acquired asset pala ng sss.
Yung acquired asset po nakukuha yan pagka ang isang property ay inutang sa SSS upang mabili, tapos hindi nabayaran nung bumili, yan po ay pino forclose namin.
Nababahala ang ahensya dahil baka may kumagat na sa mapanlinlang na alok online.
Dapat ay humingi ka ng kopya ng land title at doon po ma-verify natin, makikita ninyo doon kung may annotation. So pagka annotated ay nakalagay na mortgaged or foreclosed property ni SSS. Pumunta na kayo sa SSS.
Kung bibili raw ng property ayon sa SSS, wala rin daw lisensyadong ahente o broker ang SSS.
Ang binebenta po naming mga property, foreclosed property ng sss, ay sa pamamagitan ng pakipag koordinasyon nila sa aming mga tanggapan.
Meron po kaming tinatawag na housing and asset management department. Doon po dapat makipag-ugnayan yung mga interesadong bumili.
Sa ngayon ay naalis na ang posts online at deactivated na rin ang social media account ng nag-post.
Tututukan namin ang kasong ito para sa inyong mga sumbong ipadala niyo lamang sa Kapuso action man Facebook page dahil sa anumang reklamo pangabuso o katiwalian tiyak may katapat na akson sa inyong kapuso action Man.”
