If you are a real estate investor or real estate professional, I believe you can’t ignore the fact that you need to establish your online presence, or you’ll get left behind. Common sense dictates that one way to learn how to do this would be by learning from those who have actually done it. The infographic below of the Top 100 Real Estate Blogs to follow in 2013 would be a good place to start.
You might be asking “Why did these real estate blogs make it on the list?”. I could be wrong but I believe they are ranked according to their respective Global Alexa Traffic Rank. I checked and confirmed that the top 11 on the list are in Alexa’s top 100 thousand websites (roughly the top 0.5% in the world) based on Alexa Traffic Rank (you can check our Alexa Traffic Rank and other site statistics in our Advertise Page).
Modesty aside, I’m very happy our very own ForeclosurePhilippines.com made it to the list (we are the one at the 11th spot!), and we are glad a real estate blog from the Philippines made it!
It’s a great honor for me to be included in a list that includes BiggerPockets.com and Zillow, two real estate websites that I myself follow closely. Excluding our own, we now have 97 more blogs to learn from… believe it or not, I still feel like a newbie. ๐
Anyway, without further ado, here are the Top 100 Real Estate Blogs to follow in 2013:

Site updates
While being included on the list above is quite an honor, I still have a lot of site updates/improvements to work on. As I have mentioned a couple of times through status updates in our Facebook Page, I shall be inย “web/database developer” mode starting April 1, 2013 (among other things like marketing our exclusive listings).ย ย I shall focus on finishing and deploying these updates before the end of April 2013. As to what changes are coming, it’s a secret for now. ๐
In the meantime, my wife Cherry will be in charge of answering inquiries about foreclosed properties until I finish this latest project of ours, that is, until we get additional manpower.
By the way, I would like to thank Earl of CouponAudit.com for asking me if it was okay to include ForeclosurePhilippines.com in the infographic above. Obviously, I said yes!
One last thing, please like and share the infographic, thanks!!!

Congrats Jay and Cherry! Well deserved. Personally, what real estate blogs do you follow regularly?
Thanks a lot Jef! I’m an avid reader of the Biggerpockets blog ( http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/). Lately I haven’t been able to read Zillow’s blog.
For local real estate blogs, I regularly read the Philippine Real Estate and Construction blog of Jun Sanchez (http://pinoydreamhousetoday.com/) although I wish there was a way to subscribe through email.
I also try to read Honorable Ramon Cuervo’s blog (http://cuervopropertyadvisory.wordpress.com/). Just like Jun’s blog, I wish Mr. Cuervo’s blog also had an option for people to subscribe through e-mail.
The list is awesome and it provides comprehensive list of real estate blogs.
Congratulations, Jay and Cherry! Hands down the best real estate blog in the Philippines, heck the whole of Asia. ๐
Thanks Ronald! Coming from you, it’s truly a great honor! Thank you also for all the help and support through the years!
